vibed.ventures (“we”, “us”) runs a small studio website. We keep data collection to the absolute minimum needed to reply to you and understand which pages are useful. This page explains exactly what that means.
Who we are
vibed.ventures is a trading name of Smartly Built Ventures Limited, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for any personal data you give us through this site. Reach us at hello@vibed.ventures.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. When you email hello@vibed.ventures we keep the message and your reply address so we can write back.
- /solve submissions. When you generate an AI opportunity report we store the problem description, your team-size and cost numbers, the generated report, and — if you choose to unlock the PDF — your name, email, company, and role. We use this to deliver the report, send the follow-up emails described below, and improve the product. We do not sell or share it.
- AI processing. The text you paste into /solve is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate the report. The provider processes the prompt to return a response and does not use it to train their models. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or personal data of third parties.
- Booking details. If you book a call via Cal.com, they collect your name, email, and chosen time. We see that booking. See Cal.com's policy for their handling.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or IP addresses. No consent banner is required.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking pixels.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data.
- No profiling, no automated decisions.
- No third-party cookies. No first-party tracking cookies.
Subprocessors
- Lovable & Cloudflare — hosting & CDN.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database for /solve leads and reports.
- Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini) — generates /solve reports.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless page-view stats.
- Cal.com — call scheduling (only if you book).
- Your email provider — we reply from a standard mailbox.
Legal bases (UK GDPR)
- Contract. Delivering the /solve report you asked for, and any engagement work we've agreed.
- Legitimate interest. Sending you a short series of follow-up emails about your report, running anonymous analytics, and keeping the site secure. You can opt out of the follow-ups in one click.
- Legal obligation. Keeping accounting records and responding to lawful requests.
- Consent. When we explicitly ask for it, e.g. before adding a new optional integration.
Follow-up emails
When you unlock a /solve report we send a short, capped series of follow-up emails (typically 3 over a week) to help you act on it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we automatically stop the sequence once you book a call or reply.
International transfers
Some of our subprocessors (e.g. Google for AI inference, Cloudflare for CDN) operate globally. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, plus the providers' published safeguards.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on the database, and least-privilege access for the team. We don't hold card data — payments are handled by the relevant provider.
Cookies
The site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. We use a small number of first-party items in browser storage (for example to remember a /solve draft so you don't lose your work on refresh). You can clear them from your browser at any time without breaking the site.
Children
The site is aimed at businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from them.
Retention
/solve submissions are kept for up to 24 months so we can re-send your report on request and improve the product. Email threads are kept as long as the conversation is useful, then archived. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights (GDPR & friends)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@vibed.ventures and we'll act within 30 days.
If you're in the UK or EU and aren't happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we add anything that materially changes how data is handled — new tools, embeds, payment flows — we'll update this page and bump the date at the top.
