I'm Rhys — founder of vibed.ventures. We're a small, senior-only dev studio and incubator that helps founders and companies get ideas live quickly, without the cost and friction of a traditional dev team.
I've been launching things since I was 13 — starting with selling socks, and going on to ship somewhere between 50 and 100 different products.
Pretty early on, I realised I enjoy building way more than running things long-term. I like taking something from zero to something that actually works — then handing it over to someone else to scale properly. That's why we run as a studio plus an incubator: clients get a fast, senior build; the right founders get a co-build with skin in the game.

How fast is fast?+
Marketing sites: live in 3–5 days. MVPs: working v1 by end of week one. SaaS: production-ready in 4–8 weeks. We don't do 'rough estimates that grow legs'.
What if v1 makes me wince?+
We build in public — live URL from day one, daily updates over WhatsApp. You're never more than 18 hours from the next iteration. We keep going until it's right.
Studio or incubator — pick a lane?+
Both lanes, same car. Mostly we ship for clients (sites, MVPs, SaaS). A handful of times a year we co-build or take equity for ideas we can't stop thinking about.
Do we own the code?+
Yes. Full IP, your Lovable / GitHub / Supabase / Stripe accounts from day one. You could fire us at 5pm Friday and keep shipping by 9am Monday. (Please don't.)
Who keeps it alive after launch?+
